Tusken Raider Gaffi Stick – 3D Printable Prop

Wield the traditional weapon of the desert nomads of Tatooine! This Gaffi Stick (Gaderffii) is a detailed 3D-printable replica inspired by the Tusken Warrior featured in The Book of Boba Fett. Designed for cosplay builders and Star Wars prop enthusiasts, it combines screen-accurate form with print-friendly function.

Each piece has been carefully modeled to fit standard-sized dowels for internal reinforcement — a 1" dowel through the main shaft and a ¼" dowel for the mace end — ensuring durability and proper alignment during assembly.

Printing Notes:

• Print one of each part, except for “warrior-segment” — you’ll need four of those to complete the full handle.
• Optional: Add a wood dowel or metal rod core for extra strength and rigidity.
• The design includes a corrected pineapple spike with the rounded “nub” detail for improved screen accuracy. 

Once assembled, this prop makes an ideal addition to your Tusken Raider cosplay, Star Wars display collection, or as a companion piece to your 3D-printed Tusken helmet. Finish with sanding, weathering, and metallic paint to achieve the authentic, battle-worn look of a true desert warrior.
