Description
Got a RPi 4 or 5 lying about? Why not host it along with a Heltec v3 or v4 on a MiniRack?
The Raspberry Pi 4 will connect via I2C to a 128x64 OLED: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0833PF7ML
I've confirmed the Meshtastic half will work on both V3 and V4. For the speaker, I used these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D878Q3JH and the battery (which is optional) is just an 18650 wired up through a BMS: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0F92KP8RD
I use M2 screws to affix the i2c screen, and M2.5 for the Raspberry Pi. The Heltec affixes via a clip holding it in place, I've tested and verified it fits comfortably with both the V3 and new V4
