Oni Demon Mask

Dimensions and Compatibility: With a width of 175 mm, the mask is designed to comfortably fit most adults. I worked hard to optimize the cuts so it could be printed without issues on the build plate of my Bambu Lab A1. Please note: if you need to enlarge it further, you will need to make additional cuts, as the design is already at the maximum limit of the A1's build plate.

Tips for Perfect Printing:

1. Optimized Cuts: I have pre-cut the model to facilitate printing on the A1. Follow the included print profiles for a hassle-free experience.
2. Elephant Foot Compensation: In the preset print profile, I had to slightly increase the "elephant foot" compensation to ensure a perfect fit between the horns and the mask body.
   • Alternative: To reduce the elephant foot effect without modifications in the slicer, I recommend printing the base of the horns with a first layer thickness of 0.16 mm. This will help achieve a more precise result.

3. Horn Finishing: For impeccable adhesion and a smooth final appearance, I suggest you gently sand the sides of the horns before gluing them to the main body of the mask.
