Mobile and Rotating Paint Stand V2
Print Profile(1)

Description
Upgraded version of one of my early designs - this one is more modular, should be easier to extend with new levels or cups, and some models can be used interchangeably with the V1 (eg. reusing clamps from V1, or applying new levels from V2 in V1).
I's modular and very mobile - intended for people who might not have desiganted painting space and have to move their paints from one spot to another.

There are slight size variations - although it's better to add a new level to hold more paints rather than make larger ring (150mm vs 170mm is only ± 3 clamps).
The base ring variant (RobinRing_80 - around 150mm) - can fit 19 paint bottles (20 if you pack them tight).
See the attached assembly guide pdf for more details.
Naturally you decide what you need, how many levels, what cups etc. Check the assembly guide to get idea how many prints are needed for your use case.
Cups and PerforatedBoard offer some expandability as we only have to print the amount we currently need, and add more later. The mounting mechanism is based on skadis and its hooks (although here they're made to have two sides, which also helps to lock cup in place making it harder to throw them off by accident).
There are some customization options via slicer - cups can be scaled in height, while Hub, Axle, PerforatedBoard come in pieces where we can scale middle part and combine them with move tools in order to get taller or shorter prints. All holes are handled by negative parts - which gives some room to scale easily within slicer.
From assembly guide:

Mounting system has been redisgned into one that allows easier expansion and is easier to scale up. More clamps can be added later on and levels can fit various paint sizes - from Vallejo bottles to Citadel small jars, side by side:

Whole structure provides sufficient hold on paints and tries to save as much space as possible with ability to hold a wide array of paints:
Peg boards allow a quick and easy way to modularize stand further - currently by addition of varied sizes of cups that can hold brushes, larger paint bottles and so on.
Boards can be added and removed later on - with slight dissassembly required.

The entire assembly spins like every other level.
With double hooks we can attach the cups:
Hooks provide sufficiently robust connection, as long as you don't intend to shake or pull on them too hard:

This pseudo skadis module can also work as a desk organizer - I've build one from test and leftover parts:

Plus preassembled “assembly” video, showcasing how relatively easy is to put together already used stand to install new extensions:
