So, I wrote 0.3mm layer height and 0.45mm layer width. That's what I used and they did print very fast. Be careful of how much volumetric volume your printer can handle at these layer heights; I'll suggest 200mm/s maximum, to ensure the hotend can keep up.
You can of course print at 0.2mm layer height and the normal 0.4mm layer width.
No support is needed anywhere!
Rafts is not needed for any of the prints EXCEPT the stabilizer bars, which tend to go off the bed if you print too fast. So PRINT THE STABILIZER BARS ON A RAFT. To save time and material, you can make the raft only 3 layers thick; one top layer instead of the usual two.
