Venturi Attachment Nozzle for EGO 880 CFM Cordless Blower

Boost your blower’s performance with this custom-designed Venturi nozzle attachment, made specifically for the EGO 880 CFM cordless blower. The Venturi shape increases air velocity by narrowing and accelerating the airflow, providing stronger, more voluminous output—perfect for clearing fall leaves, drying surfaces, or directing airflow more efficiently.

This model was printed and tested numerous times to achieve the perfect fit. It’s designed to be snug and secure without needing the clip, even though one is shown in the pictures. The clip has been removed in the final version to make installation easier and more user-friendly.

I couldn’t find a Venturi attachment for this EGO model, so I decided to create one for personal use—and now I’m sharing it here in hopes that others looking for the same solution will find it useful.

Printing Notes:

Tested and verified: Printed using the provided .3MF file and used throughout this season with no wear issues so far.
Printer setup: 0.8 mm hotend nozzle, single wall, enhanced top layers, triangular infill.
This profile keeps the nozzle lightweight yet durable and wear-resistant.
No supports required (recommended orientation provided).
Material: PETG or ABS suggested for outdoor durability.
Function: Enhanced air volume and directional control.
