Statue of John Paul II The monument is located in front of the Catholic Church of the Holy Family in Bratislava. In 2003, Pope John Paul II visited the church and celebrated mass in the square in front of the church. Tens of thousands of believers from all over Slovakia and neighboring countries attended.
