Completely redesigned from scratch — not a remix, not a rework, a brand-new model built for clean multi-color printing and smooth assembly. Happy to join our other characters family!

Every detail was modeled and tested to make this the most effortless Butters you’ll ever print.

🧩 3 Print Profiles

🔹 Profile 1 – Dual AMS / Single-Part Model

• The full model, all six colors, pre-arranged and perfectly aligned.
• Hit Print and walk away.
• No slicing tweaks, no glue, no assembly.
• about 180 g of PLA.
• When it’s done, you’ve got a complete Butters ready to take the stage.

🔹 Profile 2 – AMS Split Parts

• 2 build plates with grouped color logic to reduce waste.
• Smart nozzle grouping saves 137 g filament and cuts print time nearly in more than half.
• Just 4 hours total, around 100 g PLA.
• Quick, efficient, and easy to assemble. (glue)

🔹 Profile 3 – Non-AMS Version

• 6 build plates — one per color.
• Designed for any printer, no multi-material system required.
• Clean fits, no supports beyond the defaults.
• About 4 hours total and 100 g of filament.

All grouped logically for AMS or manual swaps.

🧠 Design & Assembly

• Parts fit perfectly with minimal cleanup.
• Recommended layer height: 0.20 mm. but you might try less for sharer details.
• Print orientation chosen for the cleanest visible surfaces.
• No supports needed beyond default auto settings.

💬 Notes

• Compatible with Bambu Lab AMS, No AMS, dual and single extruder printers.
• All parts fit , but a light deburr/filing/sanding can help for a better fit. Glue in place.
• Height ≈ 12 cm to match the other models.
