- Socket Head Cap Screw, 1/4-20 x 3/4" - Black Oxide x 1: Available on amazone or at your local hardware store.
Description
This is a binocular mount for a tripod, equipped with a magnetic quick connect. This is designed around my Vortex Diamondbacks, which support a ¼-20 mounting thread. I imagine this will work on other models and brands; however, I have not tested any other binoculars. Drawings are below for dimensions.
The tripod mount base is square - size options are: 42mm, 43mm, 44mm, & 45mm. All sizes are in the same print profile; simply select the desired build plate.

Magnets (8mm x 3mm) are required for a solid hold - QTY 2 - Magnets MUST be glued in place
- Ensure the magnets are oriented correctly before gluing!
The binocular attachment is secured to binoculars with a single socket cap screw ( ¼-20 x ¾" long).
