Chess Board Stencil. Checkers Stencil.

This chess board stencil will create a 360mm x 360mm chess or checkers board, with squares at 45mm x 45mm. 

The stencil is ¼ of the full board size allowing it to fit on the 256mm A1 print bed. you will obviously need to use the stencil 4 times to create the full-size board. 

the model is .75mm on the Z, so be sure to let it cool well before removing it from the print bed. if you find it still breaks at the square tips, try beefing up the Z in the slicer to 1mm. 

for some extra rigidity, try using some carbon fiber fil if available. although this may warp some once removed. I've found PETG works best, but you do you, I'm not your mum!

So get out there and turn your wife's coffee table into a painted chess board. She will love it!
