Description

Single-Ring Toe Spacer – Flexible TPU Bunion Relief
Minimalist 3D-Printable Toe Ring – Soft, Strong, and Discreet
A single flexible ring spacer designed to gently separate and realign the big toe. Perfect for bunion correction, hammer toe relief, or preventing overlap. Made in TPU, it’s ultra-comfortable for all-day wear under socks or in shoes.
Dimensions:

Inner hole diameter: 30 mm (fits most adult big toes – scale 90–95% for smaller)
Wall thickness: 2 mm (thin, flexible, durable)
Outer width/height: 15 mm × 15 mm (low-profile)
Bar extension: 32 mm long × 3 mm thick × 15 mm wide (stabilizing tab)

Recommended Print Settings:

Filament: TPU 85A–95A (NinjaFlex, Filaflex, etc.) – soft & skin-safe
Infill: 100%
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Speed: 20–25 mm/s
Supports: NONE – print ring flat on bed
Brim: 5–8 mm (for adhesion)

Print Tip:
In your slicer, rotate 90° so the ring sits flat on the build plate (tab vertical). Ensures smooth inner surface and minimal supports.
Clean, functional, and proven design – flexible yet supportive.
Scale in slicer for custom fit.
