The SN-001 Customizer is currently experimental, still in active development, and considered an alpha release. Some features may change or be improved over time.
The print profile titled "SN-001 Pattern Single Color" is the first example generated using the new customizer.
The print profile title "SN-001 PaperCut Single Color" is the second example, touting an absurd total thickness of 1.5mm. Use lock nuts for PaperCut.Â

The SN-001 is a smooth, easy to print multi-color Balisong (Butterfly knife) trainer.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT over-tighten the screws. Make them just barely snug. Add a dab of cyanoacrylate (super glue or Loctite) directly into the nut only to lock it in place. Be extremely careful not to glue anything else, only the nut and screw threads.
Quick tips:
Print as two colors (handles and blade) for the clean look.
Use standard M2x8mm screws and M2 nuts, leaving a tiny bit of play so the handles swing freely.
If you want smoother action, fine-tune screw tension and add a drop of thin oil on the pivots after gluing the nuts.
Do not crush the pivot hardware when tightening. You want motion, not stiffness.

The SN-001 (Printed in PLA Basic) has survived 3 months of daily flipping. Occasionally screws may loosen, just lightly tighten and reapply cyanoacrylate or loctite. Â
