Description
This model helps with the use of a BNC UHF/VHF whip at the same time as an HF antenna by connecting with two right angle BNC adapters. The print provides support to keep the whip from falling over. You place the print on the head unit by using the existing grounding screw and hardware. The print is designed to stay on the head unit and not interfere with the use of the SPA-1 amplifier. PLA should be fine for this print but for best results use PETG.
I tested this with the multi-band and 440 Signal Sticks. Attaching about 19 inches of 24awg wire to the BNC adapters got the radio to be happy with the SWR.
