Brass cartridge Length Gauge for Case Reloading

While exploring available brass length gauges, I realized I didn’t need a full multi-caliber set. That sparked the idea to design individual gauges for each caliber—slightly thicker for durability and quick, easy printing.

Each gauge is standardized to a 1 x 3 inch format and 1/8" thickness, making them sturdy and consistent in size. The caliber markings are raised by 1/64", ensuring they’re easy to read and identify at a glance.
 

For added customization, you can pause your print and swap filament to create high-visibility, multi-color labels. Each gauge takes approximately 20 minutes to print, making it simple to build out only the calibers you need.
