Description
The backbone of any fleet would be the cruiser. Capable of bringing firepower and armor in the right mixture make it ideal for patrol missions or large engagements. To fill the need for more firepower, speed and to act as a flagship without going into capital ship territory, naval command commissioned the heavy cruiser to act as a low tier flagship without sending a capital ship on mission.
