Description

This is a heavy duty tarp clip that I designed to have an extra strong holding grip. With a tarp folded over at the edge, the clip is able to support a 35 lbs weight! (the tarp ripped when I tried a 40lbs dumbbell).

Simply slide over the locking ring and push until the clip grips firmly onto the tarp. To release, simply lift the locking tab using a flat screwdriver and pull back. These clips are typically used to secure tarps but could very well be used to grip onto a number of other fabrics. Could also be useful as anchors for outdoor tents or rain shelters.

I've printed it in PLA but PETG would probably be better suited for extended use outdoors. Some users have also successfully scaled the print down by 50% in order to hold onto thinner materials which opens up many other possibilities!

Absolute life saver. Holds my Breurer bed warmer in place so I don't have to sleep on hard cable cover every night. (I hope the engineer who designed the bed warmer will have to sleep on LEGOs for eternity in hell)

The perfect thing I didn't know I needed! Use it in PETG to better attach 2 tarps together for winterizing our gazebo. It remains to be seen how easily it will be to remove the locking mechanism in the Spring but I'm hopeful. Could have used 2 and tied them together so they can easily untied but it wouldn't have been snug enough for my purpose.

Printed very well! Used these to help hold down the cover over my boat. Been about a week and they are still holding strong! Printed in PETG.

That’s funny, I sew boat covers and use these to hold the canvas in place to mark where I need to cut, etc. The wind used to frustrate me to no end, and these and a couple long pieces of paracord have solved that issue nicely.

I love it My tarp only had 3 loops per side and with this clip I upgraded to 5 "loops" per side Clip in PLA (blue) and buckle in PETG (black)
