ND MX-5 Miata Wind Blocker Plug

This is a purely cosmetic part that plugs the holes that are used for the OEM Windblocker in the 2015-current model ND Miata MX-5.

Because the hole opening is made from two large plastic shells, there is a big variance in the tightness of each hole. This mating portion of this plug is undersized so that you can wrap tape around the inserted region for snug and rattle-free retention. It doesn't protrude into the actual snap but has enough surface area for a secure fit. I used wire loom fabric tape but masking tape should also work fine.

There is a slight curve to the profile of the part that follows the contour of the interior panels. You just need to print two of the same part, no need to mirror them in your slicer.

I used PLA but ABS/ASA would be superior since this area does get quite hot in the sun.
