Description

If you loose the little part that goes on the end of the spring inside of the extruder that puts tension on the gear you can print this part, I have have not tested longevity but will get you printing again if you have a way to print the part or if you make it as a spare before you loose the original. (It's the little white part at the end of the spring in the picture)

I thought I was going to have to wait a week, but I managed to rig it to print this piece and it was a lifesaver. I printed it for P2S pressure block spring cap and had to sand it, but printer is working perfectly now.

This was a life saver, thank you! Mine flew out, to never be found again, while cleaning out a clogged piece of filament. Printed in petg (all I have is pla or petg) to tide me over until a new one was shipped. I figured even if it started to warp, it could at least get me through a few prints so I didn't get behind for an upcoming market. After a day of printing non stop, it hadn't warped at all. It's been working so well (2 weeks now) that I decided to just wait until my next maintenance day to install the new assembly.

I lost mine and was needed a replacement while I waited for my new one to arrive in the mail. this worked so good that I haven’t removed my extruder for the new one yet. printed in ABS :)
