Description
Scuba Diver Kid's Costume
This is a Scuba Diver halloween costume originally designed for a 4 year old (~105cm tall, ~17kg, US child size 10 shoes). It uses the maker supplies bubble kit to blow bubbles from the regulator when the button on the regulator is pressed.
The backpack tanks contain the bubble liquid and battery as well as an added power switch, making the regulator relatively light and compact.

Assembly Notes:
- Important: Repeated insertion/removal of the bubble maker and switch from the regulator enclosure will weaken the solder joints and they will eventually fail. A few times is fine, but while iterating the desgin I did break one kit.
- To more easily feed the bubble tubing and wires through the larger black tubing, first feed through the wires and then lubricate the silicove bubble tubing with soap so that it will slide through.
- M3 screws are used throughout varying from 2.5mm to 25mm
- The guage image was printed on an inkjet printer, laminated and glued in place.
