Description

As I only had a "TT Motor 130" motor available I created a mod / remix to use this motor, which is originally from JDO Solutions on thingiverse (which seems to be gone) and printables.

Assembly: Should be straight forward. If you have a battery box just connect it to the motor and go… (the battery box linked below has a connector so you may need to cut it and solder it to the motor…)

….other models from me…

Hello, I just printed this model yesterday as well as the original Printables model and used up a total of 186g of filament. However, I noticed that the model does not fit well with the original parts as the connectors are too wide to fit the pieces properly and plus it gets misaligned. Today, I imported the original model base part to the print file and positioned it at a certain spot and noticed a difference between yours and the original. The connectors are not the same, as you can see in the picture. Unfortunately, I may need you to fix this as soon as possible to prevent a 1.0 star rating complaining about this issue. The same issue also applies to the top part. Another reason could be because you have downloaded the older files earlier on, and since the designer may have updated the files, the new files aren't compatible with this mod. There is another problem with this model, but I can't explain it now because of the 1000-letter limit on one single comment.

Hi, I cannot fully understand what you mean as I didn`t have the problem to assemble it. Nevertheless the creator has its model now on makerworld and I added a profile as a part 2 to the one here to print which should fit. therefore the 2 profiles need to be printed and thats it. I updated the description as well. Hope that helps....

I just saw the updated file and noticed that the connectors of the other parts are correct. Also, I may need you to change the source model to the v4 version because the source model have all different connections, for both V2 and v3. After some time, I just figured out that the actual source model is the v4 one! I hope you would fix that or else it misleads users into thinking they printed the right source model. Best regards, SprunkiFan9017

Great design. Only problem with this model is that its misleading source model might have caused so much inconvenience to other users before the print profile was updated. I have already mentioned it on one of my comment's replies.

what a great design, I printed two of the big bottom pieces so I can try and modify the base for a leg* motor. so far so good, need to figureout how to support the motor, bricks or try and print something.

I'm excited to print this for my son. Once I print this out to support that motor, how do I know which parts from printables I need to print to make it all work? Thank you again

The designer have updated the print profile to have all the pieces included so you only need to print the rest of the parts, assemble it, and you're done! 👍

Good question :-) As I just remixed the base I can only guess, it is to stack more of lifts together, but I just ignored them!?
