MTB Front Mudguard/Fender 29"/27.5" +Zip-Tie Mount

This front mudguard/fender is designed for MTB and eMTB bikes with 29" wheels and up to 2.8" tires — but it also fits 27.5" and narrower setups.

✅ No support material is required – all parts are designed for clean, support-free printing.

It mounts easily using 6–8 standard zip ties (≈4.4 mm width) plus 3 × M3 nuts and 3 × M3×8 mm hex bolts for extra stability.
Two dovetail connectors are included in the model — they should be printed standing upright for maximum strength.
Each connector is attached by four small safety bridges to ensure secure and reliable printing.

The fender has been optimized for PETG HF from Bambu Lab, providing the right balance between rigidity and flexibility.
You can also print it in ABS if you prefer.
PLA is not recommended due to its lack of flexibility and impact resistance.
