Description

This Tree vs Normal Support Z Distance Test is part of the Learn Bambu Studio YouTube series by Craft & Hue.

It’s designed to help you fine-tune your Top Z Distance settings and compare how different support types behave in real-world prints.

 

This test includes two build plates:
🟩 Plate 1 – Tree Supports
🟨 Plate 2 – Normal Supports

 

Each cube uses a different Top Z Distance value:
0.2 | 0.250 | 0.255 | 0.275 | 0.3

You can use this test to find your personal sweet spot for easier support removal without sacrificing surface quality.
