Tested successfully on a Bambu Lab P2S with eSUN ASA+.This profile was printed 3 times successfully without print failures.Recommended filament preparation<ul><li>Dry the filament before printing.</li><li>I used a Creality Space Pi filament dryer at 65°C for 8–10 hours.</li><li>Print shortly after drying for best results.</li></ul>Profile settings<ul><li>Layer height: 0.20 mm</li><li>Walls: 5</li><li>Infill: 20% Gyroid</li><li>Nozzle temperature: 255°C</li><li>Bed temperature: 100°C</li><li>Cooling: low part cooling (max 15%)</li><li>Adhesion: 6 mm outer brim</li><li>Supports: not required</li><li>Prime tower: off</li></ul>Printing notes<ul><li>Print in an enclosed printer.</li><li>Keep the printer closed during printing.</li><li>ASA may warp if the chamber is too cool or the filament is not dried properly.</li></ul>If you have problems<ul><li>If you get warping, increase the brim to 8 mm and raise the bed temperature to 105°C.</li><li>If the fit is too tight, try X-Y contour compensation: -0.03 mm.</li></ul>This profile is intended to make ASA printing as easy and reliable as possible for this model.
