Description

One of our cats always scoops out the litter out of the robot.

Therefore I made a guard to prevent most of the litter from exiting.

As it's kind of complicated to make the fit still isn't 100% but as of this version it stays in place when the robot is turning. I will do some more long term testing and will adapt where needed.

Just to be sure, i suggest to add a modifier to the corner clips and the front board with 100% infill.

For best results, print the inside piece at a 45° angle. Support is needed for both pieces.

sadly we can't put the pieces together it doesn't fit.. any tips for us?

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. The margins are very tight to make sure it won't fall out during a cleaning cycle. You'll have to use a bit of force to click the front plate into the inner part. Just to rule out printer differences, could you measure the gap of the inner part and the width of the top of the front part? Both should be 2mm. If there's a difference you might be able to fix this by sanding those parts a bit to create enough space to fit them together. Let me know if I could be of any more assistance!
