Description
Ditch the bulky, "one-size-fits-all" shin guards. This is a multi-material project designed to give you a 100% custom fit. By using PLA for the rigid shell and TPU for the comfort liner, you get the best of both worlds.
The real magic is that the PLA shell is thermoformable. After printing, just dip it in hot water to soften, then mold it directly to your shin. The result is a lightweight, low-profile guard that's perfectly conformed to your body, with a grippy TPU liner that stops it from slipping.
