100% infill printing with a layer height of 0.08, first layer height of 0.16, no supports, yes brim

Start with Blue
    At layer #8 (0.72mm) swap to Orange
    At layer #14 (1.2mm) swap to Green
    At layer #16 (1.36mm) swap to White for the rest.

If the message about floating regions appears during slicing... you can ignore it
