Description

Legend says that some chickens and bunnies had babies and that's where these adorable little hole-y eggs came from. People would go hunt for these eggs every spring, thus came the holiday called Easter…I made that up, it's actual about a bunny waking up after a long nap and losing the race to the tortoise and became an egg.

These eggs will look great day and night by themselves or next to other decors.

Designed to fit Bambu Lab's Lamp Kit, available in the online shop.

Printed with Bambu's Basic and Matte PLA

No support, easy assembly, big one compatible with Bambu Lamp Kit 001 and small one for tea lights up to 40mm in diameter. Standard setting, except for the bases, they all have fuzzy skin turned on, default setting. Awesome design, again another winner. The provided print profile was spot on and printed wonderfully. My kids and well just about everyone loves these as well as your other designs, namely stumpy mushroom. Thanks for sharing this.

New to printing! I tried making one tonight and it turned out beautiful, until I tried taking it off the plate. The bottom of the feet broke off and stuck to the bed along with the bottom of the egg 😭 Anyone know what I did wrong? I'm new to printing. BUT my other prints turned out fine. I'm not sure if I should've washed the plate before this print or if the bed just got to hot. It's still cute, but I would love a perfect (or close to) one

If you’re using the texture plate, it’ll just pop off once it’s cold. Flexing the plate from all side also helps. It sounds like you might’ve tried to take them off without taking the plate out of the printer first?

Okay! I'll try this next. How long would you recommend waiting after it's done printing to remove it?

you can try taking the plate out, place it on a cool surface for a min and then flex it. If you leave let it cool completely, you should be able to just pick it right off the plate with no force at all. Good luck! =)

Thank you for your design, it's really beautiful. My pla consumables are a bit brushed because they have been stored for over 2 years, but the printing effect is already amazing! Thank you again for your design!
