Cat Neon Assembly Guide
This model represents a decorative neon-style cat sitting on a crescent moon.
The design is intended for 3D printing and illuminated using EL wire (electroluminescent wire).
It is suitable for small to medium printers with a minimum bed size of 18x18 cm.
3D Printing Parameters
• Nozzle: 0.4 mm
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Material: PLA (or PETG/ABS if exposed to sunlight)
Assembly Instructions
1. Print all pieces of the model.
2. Use cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) to join the printed segments together.
3. Once the glue sets, carefully press the EL wire (electroluminescent wire) into the prepared groove.

5. Connect the wire to a suitable inverter (5V USB or 12V car plug version).
Additional Tips
• Ensure the groove is free of stringing or debris before inserting the EL wire.
• Avoid sharp bends to prevent damaging the glowing core.
• Test the light before final mounting on the wall or stand.
