💬 Short Description

A 3D printable Oni Mask Lamp with a removable flame that glows in any color. Designed for RGB puck lights or LED tea lights, this piece captures the fiery spirit of Japanese folklore — powerful, artistic, and easy to print and paint.

🧠 Full Description

Unleash the spirit of the Oni with this Oni Spirit Flame Lamp, a fusion of Japanese legend and modern 3D design.
This model brings together sculptural detail, atmospheric lighting, and practical design for makers who love bold statement pieces.

The lamp comes in two parts:

  • 🔥 Removable flame – print in white or translucent PLA for the best glow effect (perfect for RGB puck lights). You can also experiment with tinted filaments for unique moods.
  • 😈 Oni mask base – designed to hold a standard remote-controlled RGB puck light (or LED tea light) for a clean, cable-free setup.

The flame attaches to the head using snap-fit connectors. Each printer may produce slightly different tolerances; if the fit feels too tight, simply remove one of the pins and it will fit perfectly.

💡 Lighting Setup

This model is made to fit Bambu lab 16-color RGBW remote-controlled puck lights, giving you full color control without any wiring or installation.
Just pop the light in and use the remote to change colors, brightness, or effects.

🎨 Painting Guide

You don’t need advanced painting skills to make it look stunning — here’s a simple step-by-step:

  1. Base coat: Spray the mask in red or deep crimson.
  2. Eyes & teeth: Use gold or white markers for a bright contrast.
  3. Dry brushing: The secret to a realistic look!
    • Use a soft or makeup brush.
    • Dip it lightly in metallic or light-colored paint.
    • Wipe most of it off on a paper towel.
    • Gently brush over the raised areas — it’ll instantly bring out the textures and facial details.
  4. Optional: Add subtle shadows with darker tones or black wash around the eyes and mouth for extra depth.

That’s it — a few minutes of dry brushing can completely transform the model into a hand-painted collector’s piece.

🖨️ Print Info

  • Total height: ~31 cm (Base 18 cm + Flame 13 cm)
  • The model prints with few supports only for the head.
  • Standard PLA works perfectly.
  • No multi-color printer needed — single-color print + simple paint brings it to life.

⚙️ Designed for Makers

Every aspect was created for smooth printing and easy post-processing.
Whether you’re displaying it in your workspace, using it as a night lamp, or just love Oni and samurai-inspired art, this piece makes a powerful centerpiece.
