🔒 Safety Enclosure for S-24-24 Power Supply with KCD1 Switch
Protect your LED strip or electronics installation with this compact, screw-together case designed specifically for the mini S-24-24 switching power supply (24V 1A 24W). It safely covers live AC terminals while integrating a dedicated slot for a power switch.
🛠️ Hardware Required:
- Switch: 1x Standard KCD1 Rocker Switch (fits 19x12.5mm / 19x13mm cutout).
- Screws: 2x M3x6 mm & 2x M3x4 mm screws.
- Inserts: 4x M3 Heat-set inserts (L3 OD4.5).
🖨️ Recommended Print Settings:
- Material: PETG (Highly recommended for electronics/thermal safety) or PLA.
- Wall Loops: 2 perimeters (sufficient for this use case).
