Brackets to mount fanless P102-100 GPU's in.

I wanted something that I could mount some P102-100 GPU's in that otherwise would not didn't fit in my PC case. This should fit, I think, and work well enough at the half power I want to run them at, probably.

The jury is still out whether this is a good idea to do, but sharing what I have so far anyway. This is my first thing I made in FreeCAD, still learning how to be effective using that. Probably doing things all wrong, but it got me the prints I wanted, which is what matters.

 I also haven't tested it under load yet with the case closed, but I think this should cool it enough at 50% powercap (125W per card).
