A tuning pulley for the Align T-rex 470l.

With this larger pulley, you increase the tail rotor speed, which can fix tail wag and blowouts.

Especially helpful at low RPMs to keep the tail crisp.

I fly this pulley with a 3s Lipo and 74mm tail rotor blades, and couldn't wish for better performance.

You also need 3 of the original screws from the original pulley, and a longer belt. This should be, for example, a 4400 MXL belt (2.032mm), closed with 550 teeth, width 1/8" (3.125mm).

hello... You are my salvation and I hope you will help me!!! I need a gear like that for the kds450sv what part number is kds 1154-1-sv. It's 46T and I can't find it anywhere and where it exists they don't ship to my country. Do you dare to make the modification? I have the gear if you want any measurements. Many Thanks and I hope you are interested in the idea of helping me

Hello, so far I have only been able to find one image of the pulley you need. The construction doesn't seem too complicated, but I would definitely need the dimensions from you to be able to construct the pulley. Could you please reply to this comment and attach a picture showing a simple drawing with as many dimensions as possible? If you have a caliper handy, that would certainly be an advantage, as I ideally need the dimensions with a deviation of less than 0.2mm. It would also be good to know the dimensions of the belt that is to be driven by it, especially the toothing (MXL, GT2,....), as well as the dimensions of the screws with which the pulley is mounted
