Updates

• Added a new front part version that fits the (NEW) 0.96" OLED, since the old version was designed for the original OLED size.
   
• Added a version that fits 18650 batteries. It’s a bit thicker, but it’s nicer with the larger battery.
   

Description

This is my first self-designed case for the Faketec V4.
I’ve tried many of the other cases available here and liked features from several of them. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a single design that included all the features I wanted. Therefore, I combined the aspects I liked from multiple designs and created my own version.

This case is small and compact, resembling the shape of an old MP4 player or a phone.
It includes dedicated spaces for the ATGM336H GPS module and a buzzer such as the SMD8530.
The case also supports both the old and new sizes of the SSD1306 0.96" OLED display, with the older version being slightly larger.

I also included a physical power switch, since I don’t fully trust the software-based power-off feature.
Aside from the added modules on top, the rest follows the standard Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Faketec V4 board.

The battery I used is a standard 103450 LiPo cell.
For assembly, I used M2 screws to keep the design as compact as possible and to hold all components securely. The case supports antennas with the maximum base diamater of around 13mm. The model also includes holes for a lanyard.
