English Version:

Hello everyone,

After countless iterations and calculations, I present to you the BRAVO Panel (Broadband Resonance Absorption & Vibration Optimizer) – a fully 3D-printed, modular acoustic panel designed to achieve maximum acoustic performance with FDM printers. The goal was to create a system that combines professional acoustic principles with the unique geometric possibilities of 3D printing.
The result is a hybrid panel that achieves a calculated average sound absorption coefficient (α value) of approximately 0.5*, which is far superior to simple felt or foam panels. For everything other than the assembly, see the document below.

Version 2.X is already in the works, which will feature revised/improved modularity, an assembly tool for positioning the adhesive nails on the wall when using multiple modules, and the option for indirect LED background lighting.

*See the document below.

Assembly:

The TPU feet are glued into the precisely fitting recesses on the back of the module using superglue. Each foot has an integrated hanging eyelet that is perfectly designed for a Tesa® adhesive nail (version for wallpaper & plaster). While a normal nail can also be used, I aimed for a solution that would not damage the wall. This allows the panel to be attached to the wall easily, securely, and without leaving any marks.

If you have any suggestions or ideas for other designs or improvements, please write them in the comments, and I will work on a new version of the product.

Have fun printing! I look forward to seeing your results.

+ The .3mf file we shared shows a collision error, but this can be ignored. The error is caused by the product's structure, which consists of four touching components. However, as you can see, it is sliced perfectly and, even after several prints, we can confirm that everything works without any problems.
