Description
Setsuna Meiou or Sailor Pluto's Key staff also known as Garnet Rod and Time Key. I used a 1" PVC from Home Depot and silver spray paint. you will need some 1 ¼ sheet rock screws to screw in the keys. you can probably just glue them on but mechanical attachment is better. Super glue the head together using the little rectangles to align the parts.
