The letterings (found under the print files folder!!) are separate print plates and are best printed with a 0.2 mm nozzle. Afterwards, simply glue them into the empty space with plastic glue.
The carrying handle simply needs to be carefully pressed into both openings simultaneously. No glue is necessary here.
