Description

This tool is designed to help you distribute lubricant along your Z-axis lead screws quickly, cleanly, and effectively — after you've applied the lubricant directly to the screw.

Simply apply your preferred lubricant to the threads first, then slide this applicator along the lead screw to spread it evenly. Think of it as a spatula: it helps push the lube deeper into the threads while wiping away excess to prevent messy buildup. Some users have printed it in TPU, which provides a flexible, conforming fit that enhances this effect.

I personally printed mine in PLA and found it works well — so it's really up to your preference and what filament you have available.

💡 Based on user feedback, there's now a longer version available to better reach the rear Z-axis screw.

Features:

  • Evenly distributes pre-applied lubricant on Z-axis lead screws
  • Helps push lubricant into threads and remove excess
  • Works in PLA; TPU gives a more flexible, wiping action
  • Fits most standard lead screws (e.g., Bambu Lab printers)

A simple, mess-reducing maintenance tool to help keep your printer running smoothly.
