This is my adapter solution for my manual wall switches on the wall. The brand that I use is called Ovivo, but I guess it is a widely chosen size for the inner part. With this adapter, my goal is to secure the back cap of the switch to keep the remote functionality.
What do we need?
- 2x M3 washers
- 2x M3 nuts
- 2x M3 8mm Screw
How to install?
To install, we should first remove the switch cover and the frame under it:

Then let's prepare the adapter before installing it there. Take the nuts, washers, and the screw, and place the IKEA back cover of the smart switch. Set the middle point by adjusting the circular hole. Finally, tighten the screw carefully.

After, we need to press our adapter gently into to the 4 teeth of the manual switch:

And it is ready for use. I am also adding a sketch below of the part to help you understand if your switch is compatible with this(If you measure the distance between 2 corners inside(58.4)) and it is the same, then it is good to go):

💡Tip: If you scale this value on the slicer, boom, you've just created a version for your switches.
