Sari-Sari Modular Box

Hi folks! I am excited to share my own version of modular boxes.  I know that there are already so many nice ones out there. 

You see, I've been trying to design box organizers for events. In the past, the boxes I designed worked only for a specific purpose and when I got home, either it gets stored away and the things I sell goes gets reorganized back to the bins in my office since I also do some online selling at home. For those of us who don't keep a lot of inventory, this can be a tedious work of pulling them out and reorganizing again.

I wanted to design a box that can be organized in a shelf system and when we get invited to events and fairs, I can just pull them out, slide on some lids, stack them and place them in big boxes ready for transport. I also wanted the boxes to interconnect so they are neatly organized when placed on the display table. For short, I wanted an all in one box! 😂

This new box system that I designed hits all the pain points that I struggled with. It features the following:

 • Stackable

 • Secure Lid

 • Modular Shelving

 • Interlocking

 • Can be tilted for display

🖨 3D Printing Settings: (you can adjust the settings to have it print faster by reducing the walls and infill)

• Layer Height: 0.2mm 
• Walls: 3 walls
• Infill: 15% gyroid

Slow down on the speed for the overhangs so that the area for the sliders will print smoothly

• Overhang speed: 0, 5, 5, 5, 10
