Description

This is a convenient and easy way to carry and store your 110 film cassettes. On the go or in the fridge (or on the self, you sick sick, uncaring soul!), these holders are perfect. They protect from the elements (sun, moisture, extreme heat and cold) and helps your film stay minty fresh! Compact enough to slip into your pocket too, in most situations that is (skinny pants wearers might have a bit of a bulge, but ya know).

I've made three different sizes, so you can pick and choose. The sizes are for either:

  • One cassette only (Lone Wolf syndrome)
  • (Up to) Two cassettes
  • (Up to) Three cassettes

Note the 110 silhouette on the lid. That graphic also indicates the number of cassettes, so they match up.

The name "Film Drop" is derived from the shape of a teardrop or raindrop (or both, if you wanna hide those tears). Also, it's the action you make to put film into the case! Let's also acknowledge the sadness averted if you drop this case of film instead of the film its self, shall we? Yep, you are printing potential emotions like, "ecstatic", and "relief" too!

Some features of this case are:

  • Easy "click" locking, so the top stays on when it should (I'm still bitter about some commercial cases out there that didn't think about that in their offerings)
  • The teardrop design makes it versatile in how you set it down, display, or store it. If you need them standing tall, that's an option! Of course, you can always set them on their base (boring but cute), or lay them flat too, for ultra slim-fit situations. (This was the practical reason that I came up with this design actually)
  • Handy grip stripes are built into the design, so your hands can best grip that (sometimes slippery) plastic without struggles. Those magical lines make the cae even more easy to open and close!
  • Stretching word “Drop”, the larger the case you choose
  • Neat graphic on the lid, with a number representing how many cassettes the case can hold
