Nest Thermostat V2 V3 Stand

This is a modification of the original part. The screws were designed for Nest V3, but this version has been adapted for Nest V2. Since Nest is discontinuing the V2 model, this part allows it to function as a temperature/hygrometer and outdoor weather monitor. It requires an 18V AC power supply (see image) and must be connected using the  cables as shown. Without these connections, the device will not operate properly
