Description

I searched high and low for an Acetech Blaster Tracer Cover but couldn't find anything, so I decided to make my own. I'm no designer or 3D modeler, but I understand the basics, so I created this modular tracer cover in Tinkercad for everyone.

It consists of three sections: the base (which sits next to the RIF), the middle (which mainly houses the tracer), and the end (which, well... is the end). To assemble, insert the tracer into the middle section, screw on the base, and finally add the end piece of your choice.

Please note that the middle section is designed specifically for the Blaster and needs to be aligned to fit. It will fit snugly, with minimal movement. The tolerances are tight, but it should all work fine.

Please note that the cover still uses the tracer thread, as I am never highly pleased with 3D-printed threads attaching to metal threads. There are two profiles: a simple press print that gives you the configuration I use, or a full pack with various options for you to mix and match. Happy printing and airsofting!
