8 mm microbore pipe clip [Single and Double] (UK)

These compact 8 mm microbore pipe nail clips are designed for UK standard copper microbore (8 mm OD). They go securely over the pipe and fix in place with a single nail through the built-in guide.

Two versions are included:

• Single clip – holds one pipe neatly against a surface
• Double clip with separator – holds two parallel 8 mm pipes while maintaining a small gap between them to prevent rubbing and ensure a clean, professional finish

The clips print support-free, with smooth snap-fit arms and a reinforced nail tunnel for strength. They are ideal for central heating installs, pipe routing in cupboards, or tidy runs along battens and joists.

Recommended materials:

• PETG – general indoor use (best balance of strength and flexibility)
• ASA/ABS – garages, lofts, or warmer environments
• PLA Tough – light indoor use only

Test fit on an off-cut of pipe before a batch run. Minor XY scaling or slicer “horizontal expansion” adjustments can be used to fine-tune snap tension for your printer/filament. I'd also recommend using a cool plate for smooth finish.
