Description
Having lost several closure clips for the lid of my pet carrier (ATLAS 10 model), I decided to recreate them in Fusion 360 and share them here.
These clips are designed specifically for the ATLAS 10 model. If you use another type of carrier, I have included a photo with the precise dimensions of the part so you can check compatibility with your own model.
Tested in PLA, it works perfectly for classic use. For outdoor use or in a humid environment, I recommend printing in PETG, which is more resistant to heat and humidity.
I had no trouble removing the supports using the same filament. If this is not the case for you, then consider using support material for the interface base.
For strength, I set the infill to 100%, rectilinear pattern, and for quality, I printed at 0.16 and enabled smoothing on top surfaces.
