Whether you’re battling feedback on your microphone, tightening up the sound in a recording booth, or just want a cleaner audio experience at your desk — these panels diffuse, break, and scatter sound in style.

 

Flat walls and empty rooms are a nightmare for acoustics. Echoes bounce, voices ring, and microphones pick up every reflection. But with these puzzle-fit sound panels, you can tame the chaos.

Designed with algorithmic precision, the unique height variations are calculated by a Python script I wrote, to strike the perfect balance between material savings and acoustic diffusion. The result? A modular panel that looks as sharp as it sounds.

    • Normal Size: Screw hole for solid mounting. Screw hole diameter: 4.2mm.
    • Small Size: Nail hole for lightweight, quick installs. (It's 50% of the Normal Size)
  • 🧮 Smart Height Variation: A Python-optimized design ensures minimal waste, maximum efficiency, and optimal sound diffusion.
  • Infinitely Expandable: Build a full acoustic wall or just cover the sweet spots — panels fit together without limits.
  • 🎙️ Studio-Ready Acoustics: Breaks up reflections, diffuses sound, and reduces feedback — perfect for microphones, streaming, recording, or gaming.

 

Printing Instructions
These panels are designed to be simple, modular prints that fit together like a puzzle:

  • Material: Standard PLA or PETG works great. Choose a matte filament for a clean, professional look.
  • Mounting: Use screws for the normal size, nails for the small size.
  • Scaling: Print as many as you need — the design allows seamless expansion.

     

To make your life easy, I prepared the Print Profiles for each Size. The Profiles are tuned to give the best Result in regard to the needed time & filament.

Just choose your size of the Panel, and hit Print!
