Description
This Strong Expandable Hex Pulley System is a fully modular block and tackle designed for strength and flexibility.

- In the basic PLA version, it can easily lift 60 kg (≈132 lbs) without any issues. It is likely capable of lifting more, but higher loads have not yet been tested.
- When printed with stronger materials such as ABS, PA6-CF, or similar, and with pulleys made from tougher fila
- ments (e.g. PETG, nylon composites), the lifting capacity can be increased even further.
Hardware & Assembly
- Bolts & Nuts (basic version):
- 2 × M4 × 50 mm bolts + matching nuts
- 1 × M8 × 60 mm bolt + nut
- Bearings: 2 × 608 bearings
- Expansion: When expanding the system, all bolts need to be replaced with longer ones.
Rope Compatibility
- Designed for a 10 mm rope, but there is still extra clearance.
- A 12 mm rope fits as well and possibly larger, but this needs further testing.
