Battery Organizer/Case for camping, home use, ect.

I spent a lot of time designing this model, so please do not produce for commercial purposes without permission.

This model was designed for use at home, work, school, camping or anywhere else. It has some special features to accommodate.

Features:

-Water resistant silicone seal

-Holds up to: 2 D, 3 C, 12 AA, 15 AAA, 4 9V, 5 CR2032, and 6 LR44 batteries. 

-Dual Hinges

-Snap Clasp

-Stoppers to keep all batteries in place even when upside down(closed) and shaken.

Printing Instructions:

-Material choice doesn't really matter. Anything from PLA to PA6-CF will work. 

-Print with supports in the places shown on my print profiles.

-Model doesn't need to be especially strong- I like 3 walls and 15% infill

-Use part orientation provided in my print profiles. 

-Model can be printed in multicolor. Just paint the inset words in Bambu Studio.

-Note: All my print profiles are SINGLE COLOR for minimal filament waste.

2x M3x25mm Socket Cap Machine Screws

2x M3x30mm Socket Cap Machine Screws

4x M3 Nuts

2x M3 Lock washers

1x Filament- PLA/PETG/ABS/ASA/Anything else

Assembly:

Insert 2 M3 nuts into the spots on the inside of the hinges. Put the lock washers over the two 25mm screws. Screw the 2 M3x25mm cap screws into the nuts, through the hinge. Insert the remaining M3 nuts into the recessed holes on the clasp housing. screw the 2 M3x30mm screws into the nuts through the washer, clasp, and other washer.
