PBR Panel Electrical Light Fixture Adapter Skirt

This trim skirt adapts from the raised rib pattern on PBR (Purlin Bearing Rib) panel to a flat surface for mounting light fixtures on. A 4" round metal light fixture box must be used and affixed to the interior face of the panel, facing outward. This can be accomplished with a piece of plywood that the round box is mounted to and then screwed to the inner face of the metal panel from the outside. The skirt covers the screws that you use to hold the plywood to the panel. Skirt should be printed in ASA or some other UV and weather-safe material. There are two print profiles. One is the center rib, where the electrical box is directly in the center over the highest, raised rib. The other is the mid rib, where the electrical box is directly between two of the highest, raised ribs.
