The model is awesome, but the supports on one side failed, causing one arm not to turn out well I assume it was an isolated issue

try to reinforce the supports, personally I avoid it but if you have a slight Z shift it can happen, by reinforcing the supports you'll offer more solidity so no support breakage:)
