Description
This is a simple 1U front plate designed for 10 inch racks to mount a PWM fan controller and two fan splitters.
Components
A PWM Fan Controller (https://amzn.eu/d/73Vq3D6)

One (for 4 available ports) or two (for 7 available ports) 5 port fan splitters (https://amzn.eu/d/eXEfTha)

- (If needed) A 12V 3A power supply (https://amzn.eu/d/0zbt5j7)
Assembly
- Remove the supports.
- First you put in the fan controller from the front through the square hole of the housing. To the side of the housing there is a long slot to put cables through. Connect the temperature probe. For power you can either use 12V if you already have that available or just use the power supply from the parts list. You can either get a fitting barrel jack or you can cut of the connector and solder or crimp the wires of the controller and the power supply together.
- The fan splitters have tape on them, there are two cutouts to stick the splitters in using that tape. Connect the cable to the 4 pin fan header of the controller. If you need more than 4 ports, you can use a second splitter, just plug the cable into on of the ports of the first splitter. This gives you up to 7 usable 4 pin PWM fan ports.
- Put the lid on the controller housing, it should just snap fit in.
- You can clean up the cables a little bit by using zip ties.
- Now you can connect your fans to the splitters and mount the panel to the rack.
- Instructions on how to set up the controller can be found on the buying link from the parts list.
